I picked up this great Kadette at favorite antique mall/junk shop for only $35! I was even more happy when I got home and found that it worked well, with no hum. The finish is a little rough on one side, but it is acceptable. I think I can fix that without doing a complete refinish. I'll probably leave the electronics alone for now.

This is the only "teledial" set in my collection. I like the looks, and the dial looks great when it's all lit up.
