This radio only emitted a loud hum when plugged in, so my guess is that
it needs new filter capacitors. I'll get to it one of these days...
I bought this Crosley at auction. It's got that cool, 1950's "dashboard"
style look. It's in great overall shape. The case is chip free, but does
have one tiny stress crack on the side, near the bottom. I didn't even
notice it until long after I had bought the radio. The front metal "grille"
also has one paint chip. At some point, I'll get some matching paint and
touch that up.
